By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided. If payment is not authorized or fails, we reserve the right to withhold access to the Program until valid payment is received.
Prosperity By Design LLC sets all prices exclusively. Unauthorized modification of pricing by resellers or affiliates will result in a warning and, if continued, account termination.

All content within the Program, including but not limited to videos, audio, text, graphics, templates, frameworks, methodologies, and materials, is the exclusive property of Prosperity By Design LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may NOT:
Copy, reproduce, or duplicate Program content
Distribute, share, or transfer content to non-members
Create derivative works based on our content
Use our content for commercial purposes (except as permitted under Master Resale Rights)
Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings
Record, screenshot, or capture live coaching calls
Share login credentials or allow others to access your account
We actively protect our intellectual property and will pursue DMCA takedown notices and legal action against unauthorized use or distribution of our content.
As a Mastermind member, you receive Master Resale Rights (MRR), which allow you to refer others to the Program and earn commissions.
You may refer others to the 90-Day Mastermind Program
When your referrals enroll, you earn 100% commission on the $5,000 enrollment fee
Commissions are paid after successful payment and any applicable waiting period
You must complete certification requirements to activate MRR
Complete the designated MRR certification training
Maintain good standing in the Program
Follow all marketing and promotional guidelines
Represent the Program accurately and honestly
You may NOT modify pricing without authorization
You may NOT make false claims or guarantees
You may NOT misrepresent your affiliation or results
Violations will result in termination of MRR privileges
You retain ownership of any content you create and share within the Program community. However, by sharing content, you grant Prosperity By Design LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within the Program.
If you share testimonials or success stories, we may request permission to use them in marketing materials. We will always seek your consent before using your name, image, or story in promotional content.
When participating in the community, live calls, or any Program activities, you agree to:
Treat all members, coaches, and staff with respect
Keep discussions constructive and relevant
Maintain confidentiality of information shared by other members
Not solicit or promote competing products or services
Not engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior
Not share misleading or false information
Violations of community guidelines may result in removal from the community or termination of Program access.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Program for:
Violation of these Terms and Conditions
Non-payment or failed payments
Intellectual property infringement
Sharing account credentials
Disruptive behavior in the community
Fraudulent activity
Except in cases of serious violations, we will:
Issue a written warning describing the violation
Provide 7 days to correct the issue
Terminate access if the issue is not resolved
Upon termination:
Your access to the Program will be revoked
You must cease using all Program materials
No refunds will be provided
Master Resale Rights will be revoked
We reserve the right to pursue collection of any amounts owed and recover costs associated with chargeback disputes.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PROGRAM ($5,000).
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
