Important: Please read these Terms carefully before completing your purchase. Your purchase constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the VIP 3-Day Masterclass ("VIP Masterclass," "Product," or "Program") offered by Buy and Hold Mastermind, a brand of Prosperity By Design LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By purchasing the VIP Masterclass, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase the Product.

2. Product Description

2.1 What's Included

The VIP 3-Day Masterclass includes:

  • 18 VIP Video Lessons — In-depth training covering the complete 11-step buy-and-hold real estate investment system

  • 11-Step Implementation Course — Step-by-step curriculum with actionable checklists

  • Deal Analyzer Spreadsheet — Proprietary tool for evaluating real estate investment opportunities

  • Template Library — Including offer letters, due diligence checklists, and contractor documents

  • Access to Monday/Thursday Live Calls — Community calls featuring deal analysis and Q&A

  • Community Access — Connection to fellow investors and learners

2.2 What's NOT Included

The VIP Masterclass does NOT include:

  • Daily mastermind calls (Monday-Friday) — available only in the $5,000 Mastermind

  • Personal mentorship or one-on-one coaching

  • Property Portal access

  • Business credit coaching

  • Master Resale Rights license

2.3 Value Representation

The stated value of $1,988 represents our good-faith estimate of the retail value of the included components if sold separately. This is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of market value.

3. Payment and Pricing

3.1 Pricing

To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • VIP Masterclass: $97 one-time payment (when offered at tripwire pricing)

  • Regular Price: $497 one-time payment

Pricing is subject to change. The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay.

3.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through our payment processor (Stripe, Square, or similar). We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

3.3 Currency

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).

3.4 No Recurring Charges

The VIP Masterclass is a one-time payment. There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or hidden fees associated with this Product.

4. Access and Delivery

4.1 Immediate Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the VIP Masterclass content through our online learning platform. Login credentials will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

4.2 Lifetime Access

Your purchase grants you lifetime access to all VIP Masterclass content, including any updates or additions made to the curriculum. "Lifetime" means for as long as the Company continues to operate and maintain the platform.

4.3 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have:

  • A reliable internet connection

  • A compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone)

  • A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)

  • The ability to view streaming video content

4.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not share your account access with others.

5. Refund Policy

No Refunds — Digital Product: The VIP 3-Day Masterclass is a digital product with immediate access. Once payment is made and access is granted, no refunds will be issued, even if content is not viewed.

5.1 Why No Refunds?

Upon purchase, you immediately receive:

  • Full access to 18 VIP video lessons

  • The complete 11-step training curriculum

  • Downloadable templates and deal analyzer

  • Access to Monday/Thursday live calls

  • Community portal membership

Because these digital assets are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds. By purchasing, you acknowledge and waive any right to a refund.

5.2 Before You Purchase

We encourage you to:

  • Attend a free Monday or Thursday intro meeting first

  • Review all product details on our website

  • Ask questions by contacting us here

  • Make sure this program is right for you before purchasing

5.3 Chargebacks

If you dispute the charge with your payment provider, this Agreement will be used as evidence to contest the dispute. Unauthorized disputes or chargebacks may result in immediate termination of access, removal from the community portal, and potential legal action for breach of contract.

5.4 Ready to Commit?

The VIP Masterclass is designed as a low-risk entry point to experience our teaching style and community before considering the full $5,000 Mastermind (which includes a 7-day right of rescission). If you're not sure, attend a free meeting first.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All content in the VIP Masterclass — including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, spreadsheets, templates, and training materials — is owned by Prosperity By Design LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Access and view the training content for personal educational purposes

  • Download and use the provided templates and spreadsheets for your own real estate investing activities

6.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute the training content to others

  • Share your login credentials or account access

  • Record, download, or rip video content (beyond materials explicitly provided for download)Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the content

  • Use the content to create competing products or services

  • Remove any copyright notices or proprietary markings

Warning: Violation of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund, and may subject you to legal action.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the VIP Masterclass and associated community features in a manner that is:

  • Lawful and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Respectful to other community members and instructors

  • Free from harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior

  • Honest and not misleading or fraudulent

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these acceptable use standards.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 No Guarantee of Results

The VIP Masterclass provides educational information about real estate investing. We do not guarantee that you will achieve any specific results, income, or returns. Your results depend on many factors including your effort, market conditions, available capital, and individual circumstances.

8.2 Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

The content in the VIP Masterclass is for educational purposes only and should not be construed as:

  • Financial or investment advice

  • Legal advice

  • Tax advice

  • A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any specific investment

8.3 Testimonials and Examples

Any testimonials, case studies, or examples presented in the VIP Masterclass represent individual results and are not guarantees of future performance. Results vary based on individual effort, experience, and market conditions.

8.4 Real Estate Investment Risks

Real estate investing involves significant risks including but not limited to:

  • Loss of principal investment

  • Market fluctuations and property value decline

  • Vacancy and non-payment of rent

  • Property damage and maintenance costs

  • Liability exposure

  • Regulatory and tax changes

You should only invest money you can afford to lose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the VIP Masterclass

  • The Company's total liability for any claims arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product ($97 or $497)

  • The Company is not liable for any investment losses, missed opportunities, or business decisions you make based on the training content

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By purchasing the VIP Masterclass, you consent to:

  • Receiving transactional emails related to your purchase

  • Receiving educational emails related to the program content

  • Being contacted about related products and services (you may opt out at any time)

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

For material changes, we will provide notice via email or a prominent notice on our website.
